Hiring the right diver for underwater work is about more than finding someone who knows how to scuba dive; it’s about ensuring they are qualified, certified, and legally permitted to perform the job safely.
Recreational divers are not qualified for underwater work, no matter how simple it may seem.

Occupational and commercial divers undergo rigorous training, medical evaluations, and certification processes that prepare them to work in hazardous environments under regulatory standards such as OH&S and CSA.
